Lowline Angus Genetics:
The future of the
Angus Breed!
Why Lowlines?

As Lowlines continue to have an impact on the cattle  industry, more and more people
are discovering them and asking, "What are Lowlines anyhow?"

Quite simply, Lowlines are Aberdeen Angus cattle which have been selectively bred over many generations for a smaller frame size.

They were developed by an agricultural reseach station in Australia and have been in the US for    approximately 16 years.  They are perfectly proportioned, homozygous black, and naturally polled.   They have excellent conformation, structural correctness, good bone, excellent fertility, great muscling, strong maternal traits, and are DNA certified to have no dwarfism gene.

Isn't it time for you to take a look at Lowlines?

See how they could help you and your herd!

OUR PROVEN HERD SIRE
BJC Lil Scotch Messmate 612S
was sold to Church Farms in Derby, Kansas, March 12, 2010.

Congratulations to Church Farms!  You got a dandy!
We're getting excellent calves from Scotch, and we know you will, too!
Bam Bo Lad
AAA cows with Halfblood Lowline heifer calves.
Scotch is the sire of most of our 2009, 2010, 2011calf crops;  so we're still reaping the benefits of his genetics.
Our Matriarch, Ruthie.
She's had 5 calves--all heifers!,
and she's still going strong!

3 Nice Young Bulls For Sale

Some of you know that my “niche” has been to breed Fullblood Lowline bulls to Registered or Purebred
Angus females.  To date, I’ve been able to sell every heifer and every bull that I’ve raised as a replacement
animal.  I believe the halfblood Lowline/halfblood Angus is the ideal cow.  There seems to be a real demand
for these animals as replacements—both the cows and the bulls.

Here's what I have for sale.  Please call or e-mail me if you have any interest at all.  They are priced to sell.
Pictures of many of these animals are here on this website; I can get pictures of the others, if you'll let me
know you are interested.
